Mind Control Torture Technology - topic is getting very popular. There is so much suffering and torture reported in the google groups especially in the west, which is exteremely disturbing.

Is this true that this techcology exist to troture innocent citizens via sonic or sound waves, devices? Reported torture details can be found in the below link and that Only the targeted person hears the torturing low band voices within the same room with others. How is that possible? Any news or such torture experiences are requested.

You forgot MQM, the leaderless party. A party which is at the highest in terms of Hypnotized Pyramid via telephonic conferences because the so-called party head is too afraid to come to a country in which he claims to associate with the regular joes. The zombie like followers of this party like to glaze over the atrocities and corruption of this party while overemphasizing the dirty laundry of others. Nice try!
