That is where you're wrong. Many of these are not our people, but international terrorists including Arabs, Tajiks, Uzbeks, Afghans, Chechens and Chinese. They have no business being in our country, their local supporters are traitors who should be eliminated along with their guests.

I am a Pakistani, and I have ALL the rights to side or NOT side with my Army. No one can enforce that.
I am a citizen, here to keep the army in check. Here to inform and raise awareness of unity within our COMMUNITY and NATION. I don't praise the Pak Army for its actions. Sorry.
As a Pakistani, I have a RIGHT to say that. And NO ONE can take that from me. Not even clicking BAN. This is stupid.
This is Pakistan's greatest weakness.

We salute our brave men and assure them that we are with them. :Salute:
Go get them and enforce the writ of the state of Pakistan again.
It is Pakistan which is under attack.

I support Pakistan but I don't approve what Pakistani Army is doing.

^open your eyes, man. How many times they violated the peace accord? a day or two after they killed over two dozen security personnel using car bomb in Hangu, then the Imam Bargah suicide bombing which only killed civilians, these are just off the top of my head. Blowing up girl's schools, digging the dead from their graves, hanging headless bodies in Mongara chowk, this is plain insanity, man. You cant defend that. There's no peace with them. There is no prosperity under taliban, just destruction and suffocation, anything they touch will just wither.

Mere bhai you can't reason with Taliban or Taliban lovers. You're wasting your time. Just pray that our army exterminates Taliban & brings peace to our beloved country.

Talibans in Hungu?
Talibans in Deer?
Talibans in Buneer?
Talibans in Swat?
Talibans in Northern Wazeeristan?
Talibans in Soutern Wazeeristan?
If they are so many.............and capable of influencing such large areas....it means its not outsiders....but local people
Don't label all Pathans as talibans. The reality is that Pashtun youth is not happy with Govt Policy's of allowing drone attacks on NWFP and are retaliating in anger.

what are you talking about, man? I'm not labeling any Pathan as taliban, I'm not saying they have any influence on anybody, I'm describing you the methods of their daily life/torture. Where in pushtoon tradition they teach their children to dig the dead out of their graves so they can be hanged cuz they shouldn't have been buried? this isnt the work of Pathans, this is the work of talibans. They are a menace to entire human race not just pathans or Pakistanis. It's a shame that you're linking pushtoons with talibans.

i have personally felt some people have shown extreme insensitivity in this thread. Nobody should cheer the nation on a civil war. which is what this is. we should always consider people hailing from these areas and how this might be truly offensive to them. Respect for army sure, but please respect the civilians as well.

Croquet please understand that anyone here who thinks that this is a war on Pashtuns and is happy for it will be dealt with in the same way. This is NOT a civil war against a particular ethnicity. This is an operation against a gang that has been terrorising Pashtuns for years now, with whom reason and peaceful approach has failed finally.
This is the position we have been placed in. We have been thrust into war by the actions of the Taleban, we act FOR the people of Buner, Swat, Dir, Swabi, Hazara, not against them.
O Englightened dog, come and stay with me for a while.

Talibans in Hungu? ..........................Garbage
Talibans in Deer?..............................Garbage
Talibans in Buneer?..........................Junk
Talibans in Swat?.............................Junk
Talibans in Northern Wazeeristan?......................Useless material we can instead make it a hill station and use it for international purposes but we cannot because of people living there. The solution elimination
Talibans in Soutern Wazeeristan?............Then again Junk
If they are so many.............and capable of influencing such large areas....it means its not outsiders....but local people. Yes they are local people and they are like cancer we need to remove them.

I can agree with you on this matter but if they don't retaliate then everything can be done through conversation which is not in their nature. And they have given aid to outsiders also which they are not suppose to do so they have to pay for that.

yes ume sis! ur very much right. but this cleaning must be full not a partial cleaning, becoz now you not only have to clean the motherland from these ignorant people but also from the traitors and the terrorist of foreign intelligence agenciz as well.
only then we could achieve proper cleaning and our goals.

Long live Pakistan and Defenders of Pakistan
we should also show our solidarity towards the misplaced refugees of this war. They have to leave their homes because of few hundred cowards who decided to use them as shield instead of coming out fighting and live their words of getting "shaheed" (by their standard that is).
We should even take a step ahead and setup a fund for them. Why don’t GUPISTAN create one such charity fund? I am sure most of the Gupshup visitors are quite capable of donating 2000/3000Rs per month for the cause.

ISLAMABAD: Director General (DG) ISPR, Maj Gen Athar Abbas has said there are some groups of Taliban which are not under the control of Maulana Sufi Muhammad and Maulana Fazlullah and these groups are creating problems.
Maj Gen Athar Abbas said this in an interview with a British news agency here Sunday.
He held government and army was trying its best to abide by peace deal hoping certain problems related to peace accord would be sorted out and the militants would lay down their arms and stop the war.
Dispelling the fears about Taliban attack on Islamabad he said it was impossible for a group of 200 hundreds Taliban which had come from Swat to Bunir to do so. It was doubtless to say Bunir was located within the radius of 100 miles but a threat is adjudged through ability and potential rather than distance, he added.
Please, seriously.
Step out of being so naive and gullible, Pakistanis fall for everything. Because they stand for nothing.
