Swimming is the best exercise for pregnant women!

Other than that, anything where you are not in danger of losing your balance and falling, and anything that keeps your heartrate below 140 beats per minute. An elliptical trainer with handlebars or stationary bicycles are both good.

Walking. I honestly tried swimming and nearly passed out in the pool, and I was alone at the time. Bad idea.

I tried the pregnancy yoga dvds ... and it was ridiculous. By the time I made it down onto the floor they were already on the next move .... and then I couldn't even get back up again.

They make it look soooooooo easy and it really isn't.

Can pregnant woman do exercise on treadmil with low speed? i never do swimming ):

Yes they can as long as their heart rate doesn't go too high. If your body gets hot you can sweat & cool down where as the baby can't do that.
