I know this whole TTC process can be very hard.
You need to educate yourself a little on how your body works and what things can higher your chances of conceiving sooner.
I do not know any desi totkas per se. But you should start taking folic acid, eating healthy and staying active. It's good that you've figured out your ovulation days, try to have sex on and around those days ... do it in the morning when sperm count is the highest! Try all those things like lying in bed for 20 or so mins after intercourse with your hips elevated. Don't make it into a chore, try to relax and have fun.
What you see is what you get. And what you get comes with a tiara ^_^

There is no totka. I was TTC for 1 and half year and there wasnt anything wrong major.

As a TTC, you cant relax. Only one month after i gave up, i did not thought of it and took no tension and i conceived.

thanks everyone.i'm praying a lot and taking folic acid and trying my best to stay positive and active.i'm married for 4 years and our all tests are fine. The problem is my hubby works in spain and comes only for two months in a year.i know its really a short time to conceive.but i'm facing too much pressure from my inlaws as my hubby is only son of his parents.MIL keeps critcising me for not been able to conceive yet.
i have talked to my doctor .she has prescribed me clomid to boost my chances.but i tried it last time and it just gave me worst acne and nothing else.so i'm looking for some natural help.
some one told me about taking a herb known as"khavi" .easily available in pakistan.has anyone else heard of it or anything else like that?your opinions would be appreciated.

Why did u take Clomid only once? U can take up2 6 cycles and fertility depends on regularity. A lot of ppl conceive on the second, third , 4th cycles of Clomid. Also they can inc the dose. After that I think the next step is IVF.

Hw is your diet generally? I have heard a low GI diet helps

      here u go mrscupcake

my diet plan was very simple....
      i was eating 5-6times a day...
      i had these options

6 a.m. breakfast--- an apple, paratha with omelete//3brown bread slices with omelete or boiled egg with a cup of banana milkshake...
10 a.m. snack----two peanut butter sandwiches with a glass of fresh orange juice//cereal with an apple and strawberries
2 p.m. lunch----daal or any vegetable with roti and a bowl of salad
5 p.m. teatime----a mug of tea with digestive biscuits//one cup yogurt with guava or berries mixed in it
      8 p.m. dinner----meat...chicken,fish,beef or mutton with roti,salad

i was also taking 3-4 almonds everyday...
      8glasses of water everyday

*dont drink water on empty stomach for those who r pregnant...(before conceiving i used to drink 2 glasses on empty stomach)
*take almonds or a fruit right after u wake up in morning so that u will not get the morning sickness
*always keep a pack of digestive biscuits or any snack u like at ur side table at nite
*dont drink cold drinks/junk food/oily fried foods/spicy foods
*try to make parathas in very less amount of oil
*reduce the amount of sugar in ur diet
*dont drink cold water or cold milk
*20 mins walk or exercise or yoga for pregnant ladies....(before conceiving i used to go for a walk for an hour and one hour exercise daily)
