here is more information on it: Primolut N (norethisterone)

note: taking birth control isn't something to be treated lightly. speak to your doctor, figure out the best one for you, and then BE CONSISTENT in taking it. it is a medication like any other - don't commit to it unless you can be responsible enough to take it as prescribed. missing the pill messes up your cycle. too often people blame the pill for unwanted pregnancies or messed up periods without realizing their part in all of this. again, it is a medication. respect it.

you should take it for at least two cycles (two months) before your wedding so that you are ensured of its effectiveness. if you took it for a brief amount of time, i.e. less than a month before and did not conceive, then you were simply lucky that you did not have intercourse during your ovulation and therefore did not conceive. it will not be effective if you take it for that short amount of time because the hormones need time to build up in your system before they can be effective.

and for the last time, taking birth control DOES NOT contribute to conception problems. if you have trouble conceiving, there is some other cause that is the likely culprit which you would have eventually discovered with or without taking birth control pills.

if you miss the pill several days in a row once you are used to taking it, and happen to have intercourse while ovulating, there is a good chance you will conceive so be careful!

      the end.

you can, but like i said, start at least two months before and stick to it. and when you decide to stop, finish a pack, get your period and then don't take it again. don't stop mid-cycle, that will also mess up your periods.

I dont think she is asking it for as in birth control n why should she take it for two cycles its such a long time n taking these kind of pills unnecessary for long is not good in my opinion. As i told i just started it 5 days before my wedding with the recommendation of my aunt who is a gynecologist. And i stopped it after a week of my wedding n had my periods after 4 days so i didnt even finish a packet. Everything went ok for me
