Its not robotic arm , the same 'arm' is put on by WAPDA workers to eliminate any fault in 11,000 Volts (11KV) lines coming to our homes, dont know at which voltage ratings he is working in this pic but it prevents him from electrical shock, an' insulating arm ', u can say.

Buddy, i am just irrelevant in front of such a man. Just see what he is doing for his countryand the islamic world.A role model for all of us who belongs to this land and identity.
