Does there exist a parallel universe?
Is there a possibility that all this what we have is nothing but a dream?
This world, this earth...
countries...
religions...
everything?
There are three sides to every argument: Your side, my side and the right side.
(Twisted version).

Quite possible. According to the M theory not only one but infinite number of universes.

How much do you know about the fact that an electron can disintegrate at one place and reintegrate on another place, wave –particle theory?, In other words an electron can be in “existence” and “nonexistence” state at the same time.
An electron is one of the building blocks of the matter; if it can stay simultaneously in a state of parallel existence and non existence then why can’t the universe stay in a parallel state.
To get an answer for your second question, you probably have to be clear about your belief about reality, whether reality is subjective and plausible only if you can “observe” it or objective and exists whether or not you have power and opportunity to witness it. This is a pure philosophical debate that has grappled the minds of both scientists and philosophers for centuries.
What if you are analyzing scientifically the existence of the world and somehow come to a conclusion based on the experiments that universe does not exist, where you would put yourself in the backdrop of your analysis. Can your really separate what is observed from who is observing it

Do you need a philosophical discussion on that DW, cause its more of a scientific question?

Base of every science rests on the pillars of philosophy, besides;

Yeah there was a debate on the subject in older forums about time travel and teleportation. Some guppies were kind enough to educate us about this phenomenon. Also was a mention of a successful experiment conducted in Denmark about teleporting a light ray...

Peter gets punched on the face, gets a swollen eye.
He witnesses it and feels the pain.
Now he is sleeping under observation (experiment), people witness that all of sudden his body is behaving as if he is being punched on the face and hear his scream.
He gets up, his eye is swollen and he describes his pain. He doesn't believe it was a dream. How to explain this?

Yes TLK.
As rightly pointed by IntelliPhant, what you call "science" today is based on what is known as "philosophy" for thousands of years...
@Lafanter: Matrix, Stargate, or others are result of un-answered questions someone is confronted with. These are an effort to find an answer rather than to answer those questions.
@Zobia: Could you explain in details?

Dreams in Sigmund Freud’s words are “a Royal Road to the unconscious”, human brain is a most amazing biological storage device, where legends are stored and text related to legends is retrieved when a legend is consciously or unconsciously visited. We keep events of our lives stored as legends; traumatic events that lead to miseries are kept in a biological “cache” and revisited more often than happy events.
Again, the question that remains is as to how you conceive the reality whether consciously or unconsciously, while in dream you are unconsciously very conscious about your surroundings; your perception of reality at that very instance is so very true.
His denial of a dream is a psychological state just like a delusional person and can be explained differently; however his denial does not define or redefine the existence or non existence of reality.
