in the right direction, a function of confusion period in decision making? What is confusion's abstract value, if any, in leading up to correct but intense human information processing and resultant decisiveness, for better or for worse?
Difference between God and humankind: God can say, 'be', and it becomes, but humankind has to act on what it says.

Progress for the sake of progress is the ideology of the cancer cell. The direction that technology and human psyche is moving in currently is not really progress, its suicide.
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

Cheegum, try to distinguish between "growth" and "progress", the common saying about growth goes like;
"Growth for the sake of growth....."
Progress, on the other hand, is and should always be based upon a notion of improvement over regnant conditions, it is not suicide but a way to avoid it, if at all impending because of prevalent situation.

The real value of confusion can be measured in the resulting chaos!
when ordinary person is confused............he affects himself or the few around him...
When Leaders Like George are confused........it results in World Wide Chaos!
For life and death are one, and only those who will consider the experience as one may come to understand or comprehend what peace indeed means.
