For some someones khush fehmi might be bud fehmi and bud fehmi might be khush fehmi. Depends on the person if he/she thinks.
As diwana said it could be about anything.

i think ur wrong here BH! Khush fehmi ye keh aik shakhs apnay apko bardha chardha k pesh karey chahay usay apni capabilitiz ka pata bhi ho jis se gharur aur takabbur parwaan chardhta hai.
jbkay ghalat fehmi is something else. jisme apko kisi cheez k baray me ghalat andaza lgatay ho aur ghalat samajh letay ho lack of info ki waja se.

Both examples are Ghalat Fehmi. Meaning 'misunderstanding'.
