The unpredictability implied by quantum mechanics has done away with the Newtonian world view, in which all future events are pre determined. In our evolutionary worldview, there always is a choice: a variety of possibilities, some of which are retained by selection. The defining characteristic of a cybernetic agent is some degree of control over that selection. There are many things far more threatening to the free will of the individual than theoretical physics
State oppression, censorship, the lack of monetary sources to pursue the things that you would choose of your free will, mega-corporations controlling media sources, rigid religious indoctrination, and of course the greatest hindrance to male free will: the tendency of women to change their mind
Nice Justification, but I think the above said are the factors influencing the state of free will, not actually mentioning if as a human being, we are warded with the state of Free Will or if, its a pre designed pattern like a train track from one station to another.
