btw that comparison is not quite fair. Pictures taken at different occasions and quite unrelated events can't be compared.

^ bhai mere.... look at post#7, I tried to find a "reference" and found one pic in a news article which shows similar decor.... so unless you can prove it wrong it will stay "correct" depiction of Pakistan President house

They can as easily be the President's house in Islamabad. Its no secret that Pakistan's rulers live extravagant life-styles in lush tax-payers paid luxuries, completely disconnected from the economic disaster our country is generally under.
Pics from Ahmedijenad are more propaganda type. The second picture where he is refusing to shake hands of the lady is perfectly fine (there are many muslim men who do not shake hands of na-mehram women) but it is extremely embarassing, because these things should be communicated in advance so people don't push their hands forward in the first place.

Very true. They claim to know what their "awam" is thinking/going-thru but they have really no clue about it.

Above comparison reminds me Lal masjid's incident, if in Pakistan any on try to ask women to wear burqa or hijab and stay away from woman.
