Thank you for the complements Haris. I received them in an email and thought of sharing them at GS. However, I do have about half of these notes in my collection. I have been collecting stamps and a some currency notes & coins since childhood.

I got all of these except the last two. I'd love to get 'em too.

Same here, very glad to know you're an old collector. I've also got some of these in my collection. Recently I saw a very rare Rs. 100 note issued for the Govt of Pakistan by the Reserve Bank of India back in 1947-8 right after partition. That is one heck of a collectors' item. The Rs 5 also posted above in your post from RBI is also a very very rare one.
What are your favorite/oldest coins and notes so far?

I started off seeing a cousin of mine collecting stamps and coins. I've got a few rare coins from around a 100 years back. actually got them form my grand parents.
Have tried to collect the currency notes of almost any country I can get hold off. My favorite are these interesting currency notes from Burma. Their currency is called Kyats, quite interesting to look at.
