The statue may show whatever, why are you guys discussing Prophet Jesus (pbuh) with disrespect or joking about it... There is nothing funny!

My most humble apologies, erudition. The purpose of the picture was not to poke fun or indulge in giving a thumbs up. It was rather a poorly constructed, but genuine attempt on my part to highlight the very wrong with the society that we live in. Where prophet and holy figures are fair game to fashion and society's ways and no one questions it, rather it's encouraged.
Muslims ofcourse still remain the fundamentalists for fundamentally trying to follow the religion, and try so hard not to stray far from the original teachings.
My apologies again if my intention did not come out as intended with this thread.

teggy even for sake of joke that someone else does, would we tolerate such a name for the thread for last prophet?
So lets remove the thread.

^ respect and disrespect is tad bit different in both our religions and cultures. wat is offensive to us might not be offensive to them. like we dont want to make pictures or idols of the prophets but they do and ts part of their religion. they dont see any wrong it it. so jst like that they r not offended by a jesus's statue in jeans and i personally dont thnk its offensive because its not making fun of him its jst a bit modern version?
for example if u think jesus in jeans in offensive then we shud ban jesus's statues from churches and paintings and everything jst because it goes aganst muslim beliefs.
i dont find thsi picture funny either because theres nothign funny since wen wearign jeans or anythign different than typical robe is funny??
thsi picture is simply showing the evolution or we can say "anythign that suits ur taste" theory.
simple. theres nuthign offensive in it IMO
:dont play stupid with me.........im better at it!!: :snooty:
