So I did some research on this.
The concept is very cool and I would love to have a couple of them. But I found out that picture originated in 2005 on the internet. But looks like no one is selling it , meaning the designer never was able to market it.
If someone knows where I buy it from. Please let me know.

how can someone concentrate in his prayer while standing on such a thing?

^ the same way people do on a prayer mat with floral desgin
Prophet PBUH himself liked a plain cloth for prayer without design but these days all the prayer mats come with something bright on it

if you keep on looking something over and over again it loses its charm and appeal , so hang it on the wall in front of your bed for a couple of weeks with light on , afterwards when it is no more distraction you can use it for praying.
If you don't feel like praying on it you can use it as a tughra (wall hanging) or permanent qibla finder.
