how do u do the shading with glass paints.Most of the paintings i have seen ,people dont really use multiple colors to give a shading effect.Dont your colors ever fade away with time?
shading is really difficult coz glass paints dry fast so what i do is i put the first color on the glass as per my requirement and then put the other color directly on the first on the glass to get the shade which i need. I use the same technique for mixing/lightening/darkening of colors coz if i'll do it in sum pallette it will be dried and hv specs before i'll even put them on the glass. The only trick is to be able to perceive how these colors will come out when shaded and be quick.
