what is it?? is it miniature? I cant really tell how big is the statue in first pic??

Correct ..........
^Bhai..I used photomatix...ie merged the exposures together ,made an appropriate ,suitable image,toned map the image. Otherwise it's backgrounds would have been pretty ordinary.
