What is considered a low pulse rate??

Is the pulse rate between 55-60 considered low
for a person who exercises regularly or is it ok????

Oh and this pulse rate plus some head ache etc, is it bad??

      Thanks.

Well normal pulse rate is 60 to 100. Less than that is bradycardia. For people that exercise, their heart rate is usually lower than 60 and they are still ok. If you are concerned, the simplest thing is to get an EKG done. It will show if there are any blocks or anything like that. But from what i think, since you exercise and stuff, 55-60 is nothing to be worried about.
As far as headaches is concerned, it can have an effect, but that is usually on Blood pressure and not on pulse rate. Usually people with increased pressure inside the head, have decreased BP. But no effect on pulse rate.
Still from my thinking 55-60 is normal heart rate.

55-60 is very healthy! The more you excercise the lower your heart rate when stationary. A person who doesn't excercise would have a faster heartbeat.
