      hello ladies,
what's the best way to wash oil out of your hair? I've just started using Dabur Amla b/c i've been loosing allot of hair (I don't know why).... i eat and sleep properly..... so i don't know what the problem is.
Anyways, I've never used oil in my hair, but am starting now. is shampoo enough? whats the best way to get rid of that "build up" feeling out...?

      wash it.
I hate both men and women, and am afraid of animals, so basically I am very very lonely.

Best way to get of oils is to 'shampoo' your hair with SOAP.
I use soap after shampooing. I use soap for 4-5 seconds, and then wash it out.
If I only use shampoo, my hair is limp
With Soap, it stays up all day

Don't use conditioner. Just use the shampoo and make sure you do use the right one that suits your hair.

      lather rinse and repeat.
use a clarifying/cleansing shampoo (that doesnt have conditioner in it....nor something that would weigh down hair)
a better idea than washing twice is to massage the smallest amount of oil in your hair...so much so that u are sure one rinse of shampoo with wash it off.
but this is something u'll learn by trial and error and using more or less according to how much oil remains in your hair after washing.

its too early to tell... but dabur amla has been around for ages - its not a bollywood oil. I just saw the add with Rani and thought... why not! My mom's always on my case to put oil in my hair, but I just hate that feeling of greasy hair.

Then i heard "RhimJhim" on Piya ka Ghar say that she oils her hair every night.... and she has gorgeous hair.. .so i thought...what the hec - lets give it a try. I'm gonna use it regularly for 3 months...like twice a week and see how it is.... i'll let you know.

i guess its true... oiling ur hair does help keep ur hair healthy! da easiest way to repair damaged hair is trim it short and then oil and wash it everyday, less time consuming than dealing with long hair!
