what i so far know is,
- it's not obligatory / fardh
- one could do either 8 rakat or 20 , it's not restricted
- not necessary to pray with jamat , even for men
- one need to start with namaz e ishaa , than do rakats for taraweeh than do vitar in the end .
- when exactly do we have to read dua e taraweeh ? before or after vitar

need to know yr point of view in this regard , so share yr views here.

To be honest brother, just please use the Search bar. This topic gets butchered every year, it would save everyone some virtual bloodshed if you were to seek it through search and then adhere to it as you wish. My best advice would be to seek some knowledgable scholars and ask for their input.
