1st Kalima is recommended throughout Ramadan (don't have hadeeth handy right now).
Darood Shareef and Astaghfar.
SubhanAllahi Wabihamdihi SubhanAllahi Alazeemcharah saazon se alag hai mayar mera kay main

la ila-ha il-lallah.
read subhanAllah alot = i read it makes u earn 1000 goods and reduces 1000 gunnah. (since its ramadan it will be multiplied)
in last ashra of ramadan prophet PBUH used to read the following dua a lot
Allah humma innaka afoowun tohibul afwa fa'fo annistop annoying me.ok?

You know the answer yourself. You can read anything from Quran, and Surah Fatiha is a complete dua itself.
The other duas mentioned are prescribed or practice by Prophet Muhammed PBUH. Of course you will get great rewards by doing it but they are not mandatory (technically not in faraaiz catagory) if this is what you're asking. Any nafil ibadat/dua/tasbeeh is optional.charah saazon se alag hai mayar mera kay main
zakham khaaonga tou kuch aur nikhar jaaonga

said: Once our Prophet Muhammad
said when ramdhan month was near to begain. 'The month of Ramadhan came, with the blessings. Allah SWT! in this month, attention towards u in such a way HE bless his rehmat upon you, remove your sins and accept your dua's, looks at your greed (greed in term if u see other read more traveh than I) and then show His proudness on Malaika (angels) thus, show good works (deeds) to Allah. That person is un-lukiest who can't gain the blessing (rehmat) of Allah SWT in this month. [Al-Tibrani - Fazail-e-Ramdhan page 491]
Prophet Muhammad
said: "Allah SWT! don't reject the duas of three peoples (i) Dua of fasting person at iftar time (ii) Dua of Justice King (adil Badshaah) (iii) Dua of victim, whom dua Allah SWT take up higher on clouds and open the doors of sky and that time then Allah SWT! say: Indeed I will help you. [Narrated Ahmed in Hadit, Tirmidi, Husna, Ibn Huzaifa, Ibn Haban in Sahiah - Book Fazail-e-Ramdhan page 493]
Bro Tellobhain! U may ask any dua and
Allah SWT! will accept if or maybe ur Dua kept and later on it will be accepted. So best thing, if u wanna avail rehmat of Allah SWT in this blessed month of Ramdhan, seek forgivness and whatever u like best in ur interest.
Allah SWT! buhat raheem-o-kareem hy

teelo..nope not shia. I'm Sunni and follow the Shadihili Tariqa - which is Hanafi.
This dhikr is all from teh Quran and is in 3 parts. The first part is asking Allah SWT for forgivness. The second part if sending peace and blessings upon our Holy Prophet SAW and the third part is declaring the oneness of Allah.
I find that when I'm regular in reciting this dhikr ( reading it after fajr and maghrib) my life is alhumdulillah going well and I dont feel any stress/worry/burden about things in my duniya. But when I don't read it on a regular basis (due to being busy/lazy/etc), I'm stressed out and have issues in my life.
Try it.
