Iget the feeling that it is not entirely quranic story. and some details are taken from other scriptures and historical record

I think Quran has 2 verses about Hazrat Uzair (as). One of them is a warning for the Jews [9:30] but the main one this little cartoon is based upon is verse 2:259.

The rest of the details i assume must come from the riwayaats.
