FT the way you responded to the questions above looks like as if TLK responded to them. So next time cut and paste them instead of Quoting and then changing whats inside of the quotes.
Anyway nice quiz tlk ..that was a tough one.

"And We carried him on an (Ark) made of planks and nails.
Running (sailing) by Our eyes, a reward for him (Noah) who was disbelieved.
And We have left it (the Ark) as a sign, then is there any who remembereth?"
Quran [54:13-15]
may thats the ayat.. or may be not. I need to look for it.

...and speaking of Nooh(A.S) remember when earlier I said that his wife was also punished.
Here is the gist of that.
Hazrat Nooh after 950 years of preaching finally made dua to have all the non-blievers destroyed and Allah listened to his dua and brough the flood. Then in a different section of the Quran it is said that the (quote not exact translation) "..and the example of non believing women is the the wife of Nuh and the wife of Lut"
So ....umm...thats why I think that wife of Nuh was also punished. Now how she was punished I am not sure . I will have to look into it some more - but maybe she drowned in the flood too.
Hence she would also be considered as a prophet's wife that was punshed. Any thoughts since I dont have definite proof or scholarly input on this.

Very bad..before i came you people even gave your key papers, atleast you must have waited for 1 day This time iam going to post my own questions and immediately in my next post going to answer them all
Abh frankly speaking as for TLK'S test i knew only one answer i.e other names of Surah Fatiha........i would have 100% failed . Fairly tale i would have easily scored more than Fayax see i can answer for 9 questions.
As a good teacher conduct my Re-exam now.

Well, Fayax the one you have quoted as 'example of non-believing women.......' is it from Quraan or stories of Prophets? After reading your line in one corner of my memory i doubt that i read about it somewhere ...try to recollect its authenticity iam getting more curious about it now.

66:10 Allah sets forth, for an example to the Unbelievers, the wife of Noah and the wife of Lut: they were (respectively) under two of our righteous servants, but they were false to their (husbands), and they profited nothing before Allah on their account, but were told: "Enter ye the Fire along with (others) that enter!"
http://islamicity.com/mosque/arabics...t/66/66_10.gif
So since we already know that happened to the wife of Lut lets put that aside.
Now when hazrat Nooh prayed for all non-beleivers to be destroyed...I wonder if his wife also drowned in the flood. I cant say for certainty but still is a point to ponder I guess.
From Tafseer ibn Katheer:
Al-`Awfi reported from Ibn Abbas,
"They betrayed them by not following their religion. The wife of Prophet Nuh used to expose his secrets, informing his oppressive people whenever any person embraced the faith with Nuh. As for the wife of Prophet Lut, she used to inform the people of the city (Sodom), who committed the awful sexual act (sodomy), whenever a guest was entertained by her husband.''
Ad-Dahhak reported that Ibn Abbas said,
"No wife of a Prophet ever committed adultery and fornication. Rather, they betrayed them by refusing to follow their religion.''
