Cutting your nails
The Sunnah way of cutting the nails is as follows:
- Start with the right hand. Index finger, fore finger, ring finger and little finger.
Then move onto the left hand.
- This time start with the little finger first, then ring finger, fore finger, index finger the thumb and lastly the thumb of the right hand.
- It is recommended to wash the hands after cutting the nails.
Toe nails:
- Again start with the right foot. Small toe first and proceed until the big toe.
- Then move onto the left foot. This time you start with the big toe and end with the small toe.

women should not pluck /shape their eyebrows. its haram . but you can bleach them. this is the only place girls are forbidden to remove hair. you can wax you arms and legs.
a woman should be covered till her ankles in clothes. showing shins ankles arms shoulder is forbidden. soooo capris are unislamic to wear outside home. unless u wear abaya to cover.

^ yes all facial hair removing is permissible, except for plucking the eyebrows.
Cutting women's hair
It is permissible for women to cut their hair short.
But women should avoid resembling kaafir women or immoral women when they cut their hair. Hair should be of same length when cut. It is not allowed for a woman to cut her hair short in the back and leave the sides longer.
Shaving the hair is forbidden.

Use of cosmetics
The use of cosmetics is allowed, but there are some conditions:
1. Women should only beautify themselves for their own husbands and not be for non-mahram men.
2. The materials used for cosmetic purposes should be permissible, such as henna and kohl. It is not allowed to use fat from dead meat (i.e., from animals that have not been slaughtered in accordance with sharee’ah) or impure (naajis) substances.
3. It is not allowed to use harmful chemical substances, whether the harmful effect will occur immediately or in the future.
4. The cosmetic effect on the body should be temporary. It is not permissible to use those substances that change the creation of Allah, as some women do by having lip treatments, face peeling and tattoos which change the colour of the skin permanently.

Yes do it quitely as speaking about world (Duniya) is makrooh in ablution and there are duas to say during ablution
In beginning: Bismillah he wal hamdo lillah
In Middle: Allahommaghfirli zambi wa wasse li fi daari wa baarik li fi rezqi
After Finish: ( looking in the sky) Ash hado Anlaa ilaha Illallaho wahdahu la sharika lahu wa ash hado anna Muhammadan abdo hoo wa rasooluh
Allahumma ja,alni minat, tawwabina wa ja,alni minal muta tahhereen
