I was checking every morning if they have appeared or not. And today I got up and saw the soil was full of tiny green shoots, I was elated. I'll post most pics as they get older, inshaAllah.

(Muawiz)Wow. The first one looks likes rocks all over the place, but the second one is full of shoots or what ever they are called I forgot.

Those tiny rocks are called perlite and it's a kind of food for the plants.
They're growing nicely. Alhamdulilah

Wow, very exciting! I used to love vegetable gardening but I live in the city now and my apartment doesn't have suitable light for growing anything indoors. I'm looking forward to the day I'll have my own seedlings again!

The one in picture is called Salvia. It'll look like this picture 
My ones are with red flowers instead of blue.
Besides, Lobelia and Petunia, famous in England to use in hanging baskets.

most vegi's need plenty of water and sun....but for most summer flowers you need only a warm window sill so you might be able to grow them but then once the frost season is over you have to put them outside in the sun.
But InshaAllah you'll be able to do all of your favourite gardening tasks one day.
