uumm its not like what??? all Moore is talking about in his book is how all traits are determined by the interaction of both genetic and non-genetic factors such as habits, nutrition etc....but i dont see how it relates to what i've asked??? the genetic basis of homosexuality is taken as a given in my question, it clearly states that "some scientists say that homosexuality is heritable, however, there is no final consensus yet but ... if for the sake of argument, we consider the possibility that it IS heritable ..."
i guess you just forgot to check out on all the ingredients of my question ... its sort of like a thought experiment and i know that the premise of my question is flawed because i dont have anything to back it up with, but all im asking is that WHAT IF it was proven that homosexuality is solely caused by the genetic factors and environment has nothing to do with it THEN what could be some of the problems caused by it from an EVOLUTIONARY point of view n how could it be adaptive.
i hope i conveyed my point here....dont really mean to start a beshfest over this cuz i dun think that would be a very cool way to start a debate but yeah i do agree that my question is presented as a non-validated issue meant for thought experiment only, i dont have anything to actually prove that it is heritable...so its all make-believe!
