^ Is not that amazing. It almost looks that different cultures tried non-seven days week but failed and reverted back to the 7 days system. Dont want to be religious here but 7 days week is the only grouping of days that God has in common amongst all major religion. Sounds like a standard grouping done by all mighty for us and although makes no logical sense (its not the cycle of moon or sun that this grouping follows), but still the most familiar and commonly used in the whole world.
