By any means........
I will never support the scientist world that animals do not converse or they do not have a medium or a language to converse each other.
For ex:Bats can get to know about an obstacle infront of them using ultrasonic sounds they emit.
How many of you think that animals do not or can not converse with each other?

I believe they do.. but they have a different way of doing it though, most likely making noises, or stomping their feet in a way if they sense any danger.. or thumping two tress... or birds converse through chirping or singing certain tunes.

^ O.k But those are their either vocal expressions or Physical gestures. But what I mean here is they have got a unique language to communicate, which science has not discovered yet.
Have you noticed how Birds make nests? They make their roosts with complete accuracy and perfection. Both Male and Female partners inspect a branch, find a suitable place collect the necessarry componenets and make a beautiful nest. They can not do it with simple Vocal or Physical expressions but I firmly believe they have got a language to communicate.
Migrating birds fly in a unique flight path and they cover thousands of distance as a single group.I would despise science if it tells me that animals are not intelligent enough as humans. The only thing thing is that we humans possess certain body parts with which we are able to do a few jobs more than animals or birds can do or since Animals are devoid of certain features like we have they have been termed as weak .In other words, both Humans and Animals possess the same level of intelligence.
I believe even plants or trees have the same comminication power.

I believe animals do communicate with each other and it's written in Quran about the ants and other animals.

Just a thought going through my mind. Humans have free will, hence we need the extensive library of words and sound to enable our communication. Animals on the other hand do not have free will and so their communication is restricted, for birds in this example, to a very limited array of chirps and squaks each of which represents a set of instructions.
Imagine the following conversation taking place between two birds
Quote:
Bird 1. Salaam janaab, kia khabar haiy?
Bird 2. W'salaam yaar mat pooch. Meray ghonslay may sailaab aa gaya.
Bird 1. Nahi yaar! Sach bata!
Bird 2. Maa kasam!
|
Given that birds do not have free will, it is very unlikely that they will be having the above conversation. Their conversation will most likely be limited to a few chirps such as ChirpA, ChirpB etc.
Quote:
Bird 1: ChirpA (sex!)
Bird 2: ChirpC (food!)
|
So in conclusion, yes they do communicate. And no they do not converse like humans do.
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

I do believe that animals and birds can communicate, especially roasted/BBQed ones.
