There are two things we cannot do at the same time :
1. Breathe and swallow at the same time.
2. sneeze with our eyes open.

Nice thread... i'll sticky it
You can't breathe and swallow at the same time because you have 2 different tubes running down in your throat area: the trachea (for breathing) and the oesophagus (for food). When you swallow, the opening of your lungs (trachea) closes, and when you breathe, the opening of your stomach (oesophagus) closes.... it's our body's way of preventing food from going into our breathing unit.
The sneeze thing - i always believed that if you force your eyes open whilst sneezing, they'll come flying out of their sockets....

"They" meaning eyes or boogers?
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man!

Both i guess
EDIT: Just came across this fact.... don't know if it's true or not, but interesting nevertheless:-
