Why can't we have female POP singers that can carry a tune? I would start a discussion on rock, but hell, maybe our kids' generation will see a rise in female rock stars, but not our generation.
I just don't understand where all these recent female singers are coming from - not one can carry a tune. They all have weak voices - and then they come out with colorful videos and think they can be a hit?
Even Hadiqa, out of all of them, needs massive improvement in her singing abilities - she's still undergoing training.
I was watching the Kumar Sanu concert today - and they had Fariha Pervaiz singing with him - and she could so not carry the tune - her voice is only suited for certain songs, and certain octaves.
I believe in dragons, good men, and other fantasy creatures.

maybe its a pakistani thing.
America is the kind of country that impeaches a president for screwing his intern - not for screwing his country.

I have yet to enjoy a Pakistani pop female singer's voice. Hadiqa is barely tolerable.

Hadiqa is actually getting better, her song 'Jogi Ban Kay Aa' is my next favourite after mann di mojh and buhay barian.

^ oh come on. Sonu nigam is a hell lot better than Kumar 'nasal' sanu.
Regarding the topic at hand, Fariha pervaiz is run of a mill singer but Hadiqa is a proven performer. No one can perfect each level of singing so you cant expect Hadiqa yo do the same but she is alright.
