She looked pretty stunning in a couple of music videos and has appeared in an eclectic mix of Pakistani, American and bollywood productions. Her debut in lollywood courtesy Samina Peerzada (in Shararat) was botched by poor production values of that film and the producer's penchant to cast practically every known heroine in the Lahore industry. Anyone know what she is up to these days?
Shes doin an item number in upcoming film 'Channa Sachi Muchi', she is also acting in tamil films @ the moment.
She is perhaps the only lolly actress to have had full education and training in drama...she studied in USA and later appeared in Shakespeare productions.

is Channa Sachi Muchi a pakistani movie, or Indian?
Yeah, she could have done more work in Pakistan. I don't know why she's in Tamil movies, of all places. She could have done television in Pakistan and done well for herself.
I believe in dragons, good men, and other fantasy creatures.
^ its a pakistani film with saima, babar....the usual suspects.
I also think she should focus on pakistani projects as she's really talented -just looking @ her achievments on wiki page is jaw-dropping.
Tamil films are very big budget so im guessin she's attracted to high earnings..
hmmm she is not pretty at all and by luking at her in this video and the video of jugnoon se bhar le aanchal she does look like a typical lolly actress...reema, meera type...not educated type....but if she is that educated (as written in her wiki profile) then i really hope she does good films for lollywood

tamil movies are way popular than bolly movies.
"There are two rules for ultimate success in life: #1. Never tell everything you know." ;)
the world over, 35mm somehow transforms the actors and makes them look much better. the opposite holds true for the lahore made films...truly a bizarre state of affairs. I mean, take a look at mehr hassan's breathtaking music videos (shot on DV/beta) and then take a look at the stuff from Shararat shot on celluloid, seems like they substituted coffee and grime for the chemicals in the lahore printing lab!
^ oh god is dat the stuff she has been doing......being educated n all that, now i really wonder what sort of films she will bring to lollywood, reema meera type...
^ blessed ur right in saying that she's done typical stuff but her potential is huge. Do you think Meera, Reema, Resham and Veena r workin to their potential? Do these actresses even have a choice when it comes to film roles? The answer is no, they do it for their bread and butter.
Actresses in established industries get challenging roles and still fail at them miserably. Look at aishwariya, she loves doin period films yet her acting is the same, be it as Paro, Neeru or Jodha Bhai...expressions, body language, dialogue delivery-its indistinguishable.
