errm every1 has skin problems. as long as she looks "good" in her professional pictures or movies watever there shud be no problem and the pics posted here dont look professional to me. jeezzzzzzz

Iman's still one of the most beautiful woman in pakistan....a few acne scars doesnt mean someone is ugly.

The scars don't make her less pretty...she's still one of the prettiest models in PK...I mean those eyes and her features are just beautiful...we shouldn't judge someone just because they have problems with their skin etc....no one is perfect only God...

The second one is a really bad pic  .. she is really pretty in KKL, I don't think she's one of the MOST beautiful women in Pakistan though
