What's the weather like in late Sept and what's to see? Which guppies live there etc etc.
And is it safe to visit Canada if intending to keep your sanity?

Thaps going to Toronto! You are so not a Toronto person Thap! All the guppies live there, but all they know how to do is smoke sheesha, so hook up with Muzna and Anokha. Na, theyre all cool, theyll be more than happy to take time out of their hectic schedules.

just don't go to the Falls. also avoid Gerard st. like the plague. no matter what someone says to you, do NOT get suckered into visiting any of these places, you'll regret it... otherwise it is all good.
weather is mixed. you'll have some good days mixed with more of the cold ones. generally it is on the cold side or beginning to get cold since winter is approaching. so definitely pack your jacket and stuff.

What is there to see in TO for a desi other than Gerard Street. I actually like it.
Well I really like was the Nighra Falls and the top of the Sears Towers, and Down Town area.

Unless they changed the name very recently, it used to be called CN Towers. Sears Towers is in Chicago, if I am not mistaken.

Now, I know whose advice not to take in terms of visiting Canada. Niagara Falls is a must-see. Didn't care much about Gerard St cz we were in no mood for shopping or dining etc.

Loonies and toonies, the little one will definitely be pleased. As for the misses, it really depends on what she likes, there is tonnes to shop for around here and comparatively much better prices than the zoo you hail from.

Yeah it is a bit of a zoo.
But I think with the current exchange rate I could buy several houses with 1 pound sterling in Canada, I could be wrong though.
Well anyway I bet it's a lovely little village this Toronto and I look forward to driving through it on the way to Chicago on my day off.

Yeah that's right. You drive right on out of here!!
You should be grateful for that exchange rate, it's what will give you the courage to fill up your gas tank.

The just renamed Nighra Falls is so overrated. every time someone visits TO, they just HAVE to go see it.
I've been there like ten times (don't ask why) and was bored out of memind in less than five minutes. it is just a lot of water (honestly!!!) and some coloured lighting on the weekend. what else is there to do.
IMO, the most fun thing to do in TO is to visit all the desi neighbourhoods like Gerrard, Square One area in Mississauga, etc so that afterwards you can be thankful that you don't live there.
ps. please don't send me any hate mail - I'm not worthy of such an honour.

You have seen it ten times so its boring... for you, yes. Not for a visitor.
For example, I have seen Golden Gate Bridge, like a zillion times, but it still awes every visitor to San Francisco. We have taken the boat cruise in the San Francisco Bay atleast 10 times, but it still is an amazing experience for a tourist. So we take all our guests there and they enjoy every minute of it. We don't take our personal likes to guide a tourist. That will be way too selfish and inaccurate. Anyway, I have been to Niagara from Canadian side three times, and if someone's not been there even once, I can honestly say they should check it out atleast once, if they have the opportunity.
