Gerrard sux unless u have bunch of abnormal friends who will be drunk and horraying on coming and going pedestrians and traffic. Its a horrific place to be, I hate desi teenagers with no brain hanging around there and giving you lines. I feel like turning around and slapping them so hard that they never forget. I almost did it once and they got really scard, brats.
I would suggest call up guppies and go for bowling and stuff.
Depending on the perspective, everything is beautiful!!

There are so many places for 'Id Salah. The above site is an excellent guide. If you tell me exactly where you would be staying in the Greater Toronto Area, then I can guide you to a specific masjid.
I would not advise going to Gerard Street. That street and such common melas are usually full of fitnahs. Men and women mixing unnecessarily and many other illegal things.

If you are driving then u can sleep in ur car instead of a park. Sleeping in park might freeze u anyway.

Azad bhai why not rent a room or basment it will be proly cheap for you. cuz motel is only for 3 to 4 days thingy, they charge a lot. There are short term rental places and you have to look it up on TorontoStar classified section has it. Look for it there.
