Best Western are the best and affordable hotels I have been to, also there are Novatel. Holiday Inns and Harvard Johnsons are everywhere in GTA.

Get yourself familiar with Toronto and its attractions and browse this site out.

I bought the Toronto Citypass but everything other than the CN Tower sucked, especially the Zoo! But I guess it depends on what you have seen before.

Go to Gerrard Street - for pakistani pakwaan/shops/cafes/mithai etc.
Yorkville Mall, Eaton Center Mall, Square One Mall - shopping.
Visit CN TOWER, Niagara Falls (2 hours from T.O.), See Yonge Street for shops and restaurants.

For fun - Canada's Wonderland (desis love to go to the roller coaster rides!)
