I am note sure about the menu but there are many in Greater Toronto Area. You can go to Zabiha.com and look in toronto area and call those restaurants

Have you tried Red Star or China town in Dearborn, MI? They are both halal. I am not sure about orange chicken but they are pretty ok.

Hahaa .. there is a so called labenese halal restaurant close to where we live, where while you are dining (with your family) a lady would perform belly dance for the entertainment ..

Now if I went there, I could write what you suggested

Eddie's Wok 'n Roll in Mississauga. It's better than Singapore Gardens.

There is a new Uighur resturant in mississauga by the Erindale GO station. It is located at the intersection of Burnhampthorpe and Creditview. I am not sure if they serve orange chicken or not.

Nice decor, good food, good customer service! I am quite sure the thing I had there was orange chick ... or maybe it was lemon chick ...Amazing nonetheless

Singapore Garden is the worst chinese rest I have been too. Too over rated, nothing unusual. I don't like the atmosphere, servers and people at all.

Don't know about Orange Chicken (if there is such thing). Lucky Chinese, Fredrick's in Scarborough and Salt n Pepper, Hot and Sour in Mississauga are the best Hakka food places in GTA. Hot and Sour managment is very mean.

I have been to RedStar on Michigan Ave. and its average, not the real Hakka taste for us Desis.
