Ya maybe our young BrokenSky may believe all that things in your anti-shia site but you, I believe, is smart enough to know a shia wouldn't believe all that is written on your anti-shia site (Just as a muslim won't believe in things written on a anti-Islam site).

I have no idea what happened in 1987, I was just 5 then. The video is a long one and I saw protesting, burning of motorcycles etc. But I did not watch the whole video.

These days shia bashing has started going to other forums as well. Kiya malum tha kah video forum mein bhee ho ga.

If you are sincere in your intention, then bring me information from a credible site. So that I will know what happened (or what is believed to have happened).

Also if the Kaaba was attacked in the video let me know where in the video is this taking place. How was it attacked and why?

The title is misleading. The Kaaba itself was not attacked. What happened was that encourage by the Iranian government, a number of Iranian pilgrims attempted to hold a banned political demonstration during Hajj in Mecca against the USA and corrupt rulers in the Gulf, and rioted in the city when Saudi police attempted to break up the protests. The Saudi police then opened fire on the rioters, and between the bullets and the resulting stampede, 300 Iranians and 100 non-Iranian were killed.

and btw, I saw the clip by forwarding it and I couldn't see Kaaba being attacked...

That's similar to what my mom was saying, only that she didn't know much details she just knew many were killed by the saudi forces.

The incident did happened ..and some pilgrims backed by iranian govt did tried to get hold of kaaba ..read any news paper and confirm this ...and the bad thing was there ws blood shed in mutaf area as well .....shia zairin had guns and opened fire in kaaba ....

Hajj had to be stopped for some hours ....too bad ..

if iranian so called pilgrims had not staged a roit for no reasom the saudis would not have opened fired...if i was in the position of the saudi cheif of police i too would order the same thing or may be even more fiercer responce.. no one has the right to disturb the hajj....you play with fire you get your hands burned...

Iranian pillgrimes had posters and flyers they brought with them including plastic explosives [ caught at customs] from
Iran planning to protest against Saudi custodianship of the Harmains.
and wanted to have shiite rules/facilities applied. Protest got violent and very emmotional at which point it had to be supressed and security was implied. one thing led to the other and 300 + died.

The bloodshed was caused by saudis trying to break up iranian protesters chanting anti-US slogans (obviously orders from above) and they were no where near the kaba. but the saudis needed an excuse to justify what they had just done, so they made the cock and bull story that they knew thier chamcheh will swallow easily. Bet it was easy as pie. My father was there at the time, and we saw the whole thing on tape.
