As for Mehdi being Shahzad's brother (Ather Shahzad), it means that he comes from a talented family like perhaps the designer duo, Ayesha Khadeeja?

 I read the title as MEHNDi collection, and I was still looking for any mehndi in the pics, and founding none, I re read the title and here me goes
