Check out aghaz and shops at zamzama - you can also go to this other market (i dont remember the name) where you get all the electrical appliances and home decor stuff which they say is imported my mother bought a lot of good crystal stuff which was good actually - but yea zamzama has a lot of interior designer shops so you can get vintage candleholders from there cant say if they'd be the same as the pics but yea you can also ask them if they would take orders.
my mother knows a lot about all this when it comes to shopping in karachi - i'll try to ask her and let you know - you'll actually find better holders then these ones but they would be a bit expensive though

why dont u buy stuff that karachi/pakistan actually specializes in, u'll find crystal stuff like that in pk but it will either be cheap imitation or really expensive (equal or more so than in us/uk) if i were u i would buy some really traditional dias u know the candles in the clay pots, they would look so nice at a mehndi, u could even get hand painted ones for a really decent price
