Anyone that lives in Dubai...can you help?

I am trying to book a honeymoon for my sister from Dubai to wherever they have a nice beach, nice hotel and not too expensive to get to. Budget is $2000-3000CDN or AED10,000

Can anyone help me? Where do people that get married in Dubai go on a honeymoon?

Aishaindubai, do you want to take on the responsibility of finding a travel agent or a package for my sister and her husband :-)

      Dec 3-10 or Dec 4-11

      Mauritius/Maldives/Seychelles/Goa/Kerala/Zanzibar

Or do you know of travel agencies, online or otherwise that I can contact for a GOOD deal?

Emirates Holidays and DNATA are a bloddy ripofff!!! PLEASE...I'm getting desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok here is the deal mc1721, my uncle khaled gaya owns a travel agency, trans world and i can get you a good deal hopefully. or u can contact them directly and well i will tell him that i referred you.

on the other hand people from dubai go to mauritius or maldives for honeymoon alot.

actually my preffered honey moon location would be burj al arab-dubai or emirates palace-abu dhahbi both are 7 star awsome hotels and their honey moon packages are just too much

my sister stayed there so i know

anyways for ur predicament, 10,000 is not alot but it will cover maldives and mauritius.

ok so here is the details

maldives is 3200 dirhams approximately for one person(return)
dubai-maldives-dubai, it is an awsome location for a honey moon

" The islands of the Maldives are ideal for a honeymoon destination due to the beautifully picturesque views, excellent weather and luxury accommodation. Another reason a Maldives honeymoon is such a good idea is the fact that many of these island have amazing honeymoon suites available for the perfect break. Even if you are not going as a honeymoon, Splendid Asia can arrange for you to stay in a great Maldives hotel and visit a fantastic Maldives spa so you can relax an rejuvenate. When you have done in the spa, why not try some Maldives shopping or try your hand on a Maldives surf charter"

as for ur dates that u gave me,

royal island resort and spa in maldives is free at the moment and a room (honeymoon package) can be booked

This is the picture from Maldives from our honeymoon. I only found out i was going there on our wedding night as he had kept it a secret. We got to Dubai from UK in 6hrs and from Dubai to Maldives, it took another 6hrs.

We arrived in the capital Male and were taken to our own island by a seaplane. It was great AH...

Peeps planning to arrange their honeymoon should defo give it a think!

      Hey Aisha

I knew you'd come thru hun!!!

Ok, so Mauritius is my first choice but Maldives will do. My only problem with madlives is the added cost of sea plane transfer...

How many days is this for? What are the flight times like? The route? What hotel? What's included?

I will be getting to dubai on November 27 so can make payment in full for then.

The Valima is on Dec 2 so the flight leaving Dec 3 should ideally be later on in the day ;-)

Let me know how I can reach your uncle directly as long as I can get the same price.

      YAY, I'm so excited :-)

Edit: For some reason I get the feeling that 3200 is only for the flight, right? Accomodation will be extra? Please tell me it ain't so? :-(

You can email me at neelamparvana@gmail.com if you prefer or then on the board and I will check it in a few days.

      Thanks in advance

      hey

At this point, either will work...first preference is still Mauritius BUT it comes down to price.

Again, maximum budget WITH flights and accomodation FROM DUBAI for 2 people is AED10-11000, meaning MAXIMUM of AED5500 per person for 3-4 days or 1 week.

      Please email me at neelamparvana@gmail.com

      Thanks in advance!

well it depends what you wana fly and what class you would prefer to do so

      usually a ROUND trip on:
      * Etihad (economy class) is average abt : 1500 - 1800 dhs
      * Air Arabia is abt : 900 - 1200 dhs (varies on when u decide to book)
      * Mihin Air: is 150 $ ( aprox 400 dhs) ONE WAY

theres many others airlines that transits certain countries like Qatar Airways etc..
so like i said it depends how you'd prefer to travel..

      cheers!
      xoxo

I usually pay around 3800AED to Mtius on Emirates & 3200AED in Air Mauritius. The good thing about the air mtius ticket is you fly on the emirates carrier itself. If they hold a pakistani passport, they'll need to apply for visa before they go(no visa on arrival). Nasser Travels in Dubai usually takes care of visa processes.
The no. is +9714 2214455. They also give a better rate on tickets.
