i agree with janab, and not just cos they're my friends, but i would hardly call their gharara's paindu!
yes the super bright ones from bridal asia are a bit over the top right now but those were designs made 10 years ago so they catered to fashion in the 90's...

Lol @ snm6549. I agree, they DO look paindu in the pictures, but hey it probably IS beter in real life. Depends on the person wearing it too. Not everybody can pull of the same outfits

zardosis kaam is similar to the bunto kazmi effect. my cousin has a closet full of bunto kazmis formal wear (she got it for her jahez)and her nikkah and mehndi outfits were done by bunto as well. the kaam is really fine and very clean like sgc was saying. its just stunning to look at it and what more is that it is all elegant and timeless! my cousin has had them for five years and they still look fashionable.
my cousin took me to zardosi to check some stuff out and i found their kaam to be very fine and clean as well. there was a red farshi gharara there with copper kaam all over it (it was a bridal outfit) and it was really beautiful. my cousin fell in love with it and said she wanted to get married all over again just to wear that outfit

I think Bunto Kazmi's work is beautiful- she caters for those brides who want something unique and 'old-school' on their wedding day like moi (inshallah). I'll try posting pictures if I can find some. The women is class personified.

Bunto Kazmi made stunning outfits for her daughters wedding! It was red and magenta..with antique gold work..and beige n gold for the walima. I saw her work in several magazine's, but they were'nt great at ALL I was pretty shocked! The work was crude and ruff dabka..n the finishing wasn't nice either..

What is nay? :P..I do PF they're just too small...her wedding gharara was red and fushia with copper and bronze intricate kaam..and on the valima is was a churidaar angharka beige/dull-gold with antique gold kaam.

are bunto kazmi's designs really timeless? the pics that were posted of her designs on page one clearly look like they are from the 90's. i was trying to see her more recent designs but her website isn't completed yet i think.

Hi everyone!! Im getting married in December I live in the US...would love to get bunto kazmi since Ive seen one dress by her and the kaam was totally exquisite and beautiful. This was a few years back. Does anyone has pictures of recent Bunto Designs. Some more informaiton about her prices (her start) and how to get an appointment with her.

my cousin got hers made but at the moment shez too busy so i have no idea where to turn and wht to do....wht prices should i expect???? will i find a decent lengha for 2 lakhs by bunto (a friends was a lil more than 1 lakh a couple of years ago)..........and how long does it take to get the lengha made........
my other option is karma......is that any good...i mean in the pictures it looks nice but is it comparable to bunto..?????????
