Cost of fabric

Hi all,

I am having a friend go to Pakistan...she's going to bring me back some lawn material for salwar kameezes...my question is...how much is a the fabric for a three piece suit, nothing fancy nothing designer...just a three piece printed lawn fabric?..oops sorry mods..I thought i was posting in Fashion section. Sorry.

the good ones are from 500 to 2000 and up..
i bought maria b's for my daugher ,it was around 850.00

al-karam, gul ahmed, 3-piece-lawn-suits are around 1000-1400rs, and up.
regular lawn ranges between 500-4000.

Bog standard regular, regular, can be from 450 to 1200 in my experience, depending on the quality and your bargaining power.

My mom has recently been back from Karachi and, along with other cheaper ones, she got Gul Ahmed, Maria B and Al Karam Lawn and then ranged from Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2500. Although, the more money you cough up, the better the quality you will get in majority of the cases, the cheaper ones like classic lawn, which ranges from Rs. 500-1000, aren't bad at all.
