    Hiya,

personally i find the idea of gift baskets on a wedding...full of chocs, clothes, perfumes, gifts etc on display a bit weird...but i've noticed it's a must amongst Gujrati people. I live in the UK...here are some gift baskets made by a gurjrati friend of mine to give to the Grooms family.

    Hope this helps. x

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

ooh well mostly clothes. .. the last one had shoes and clothes and jewelery (peach box ) .
yes the rolled up one are suits.
both of these are my eidi boxes. these had nice ribbons on it giving it a very finished look but i didnt take pictures then. just dug up the boxes to post a picture here. i really liked the purple one. it was a box .. first wrapped in shining shaded wrapping paper and then glittered textured organza overr it. it was then wrapped with a ribbon. looked really pretty.

omgosh if i could find the pictures of all the stuff during my engagement that would help you soo much!
lets see, we had a very pretty vase from Italy where we had gotten bamboo sticks and glued chocolate the stick then placed them inside the vase. So, basically, it was like a flower vase but with candy instead. My in-laws had tons of silver and hearts ill try looking for the pictures.
