i think it's a great idea. besides, you already wore a lehnga on your nikah and are going to get a gharara for the wedding so an anarkali would be the best way to go.

Yep, Anarkalis look lovely, plus the way dupattas are set for brides by professionals, it will look totally bridal and very pretty so don't worry about it. Its a good idea to get the picture just to see how it is, but even if you dont... dont worry about it
My sis married into a Hyderabadi family and wore a kharra dupatta, A-line kinda shirt with chooridaar pyjama on her Valima and she looked gorgeuos, even better than how she looked in a lehenga on the wedding and she's SHORT (only 5'1")  so don't worry, Anarkali with a bhaari embroidered dupatta and chooridaar will look awesome.
