Depends where you are in Pakistan I guess. I would class myself as Faisalabadi..and a couple of years ago for my birthday,my family had a birthday cakes made from Serena, for me and my brother...That was in Faisalabad. You just tell them what kind you want

I am not sure about icing..you could talk to them I guess...Mine was a three tiered-fresh cream sponge cake with strawberries...Faily members have got wedding style cakes from there also...Hope that helps...

the inside can be whatever flavor you want and the icing white if you want to combine the best of both worlds 
ours was a 3-tiered square lemon cake with fresh raspberry and white chocolate mousse filling, covered in white buttercream and piped in chocolate. mmmm.... God, that cake was delish!
here's a pic with a bonus picture of my bouquet! w00t w00t! am i good to you guys or what? lol ;p

On my wedding, I don't want a humongous cake but a small two tier chocolate cake (inside out)....

we actually had a separate dessert table with 10 different cakes, mousses and pies on it, so yes, we took most of the cake home and enjoyed it ourselves! 
i wanted something really light and summery so lemon and chocolate and fruit was it!
