I've worn contacts on a few occasions..always get mixed reactions..
Maybe doing it on one day (mehendi, baraath, or reception) and not another..might work

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond to look beyond the imperfections!

if they are coloured then don't wear them... it looks tacky and you don't want to remember yourself in your wedding pictures as someone who wasn't showing her true eye colour.
Otherwise, wear them. You don't want to be squinting at people at a distance or not be able to watch dances... you want to enjoy your own wedding and you must be able to see with two clear eyes with a good vision to do that.

i agree with u nadz....even i was thinking that is the way how mod will reply or pass comments ...her replys are always rude...it will be better if she dont reply or give her suggestions ..
anyway i think this is a good question and its good you are getting ideas from here because wedding is a big day and everything should be perfect ...well for contact lenses than it depends on many thing...ur make up, your dress, etc....well what you do wear a colour which suits you...if you have a green shade in your lehenga than dont wear green....or what you can do get 2 or 3 colours and once your make up and everything is done than you can try and see which suits you

I think they look weird. The dilated pupils look like alien eyes in pictures, even if the colour is suitable with your skin tone.
Fake eyelashes though are lovely

In Pakistan most of the photographers color your eyes to match your outfit anyway! I specified that I did NOT want that; I wanted my natural eyes. They still did it on a couple of photos (my shirt was green, so they matched that).
