hi all

i am vegetarian and i often got bloat by eating roti, lentil, and many more.

i would like to know what to eat and what not to eat so my clothes will not be tight after eating foods which make me bloat.

is it best to eat a sandwich and orange juice before do make up so i am not need to eat during the make up and during the ceremony then i can start eat when ceremony finish, i guess i will be very hungry and weak cos no food for 6 hours or more.

i think i read somewhere to avoid bloating to eat mostly protein, fiber can make you bloat(like fruits etc) as can salty foods, also avoid gum.
