i dnt care wot religon wears dem! im pakstani and im wearing them on me mehndi! dey luk fab!
and wot women do is shake them over other girls heads and who eva dey fall on will be the next one married! like catching the bouquet and stuff!

SOMEE pakistani brides have started wearing them, but personally i dn't like dem.. i think it over does the look..

I've bought kaleera's from England, i quite like them,,, haven't seen pakistani's brides wearing them... normally indians wear them! but indians wear kaleera's on the main wedding day (barat).. im planning to wear them on the mehndi INSHALLAH... lets see, hope all goes fine..kher se INSHALLAH...

Kashimiri brides wear kaleeray, they have coconuts and dried fruits dangling from them. maybe theyre not called kaleeray but they look the same.

^^if that's what you''re talking about...I had one of my friends get it for me from india for my rukhsati (insha'allah will be wearing in november  )
in UK i know you can get them from south hall in london
their called kaleere (pronounced KAL EE RAY)
