Don't have any idea, sorry. I sure there must be some really good ones as people do get married there.

      Shah Jahan is really nice.

Taj catering if you have Mayonn and Mehndi's function they do really good.

There is another one called RAJPUT CATERING.They have huge gardens.

      There is one SHANGRILLA GARDENS.

One more its called JHOOK RESTAURENT,and they have JHOOK GARDENS also for weddings.

There is one called Zanzibar.Food is really nice, but for small gathering its a nice place.

I am from Multan,if you have any question feel free to ask me.

      Good Luck.

The Holiday Inn is now the Ramada. Their function hall is okay (depends how you decorate it I guess) but it's not huge and I bet it costs a bomb. The staff there will try to charge for every little thing. It's the only proper hotel in Multan anyway.

Shah Jahan looks like the best place in Multan from the outside anyway.

Shangrilla Gardens is where I had my own nikkah. Not something I would have chosen myself but I had zero choice about this and was just happy to be finally getting married. I saw their stage choices like 2 days before and hated the photos but they were very accommodating about trying to get it how I wanted (not like I asked for anything out of the ordinary) but they got new stage coverings etc.

The quad of Nishtar MC is also used for functions (although I don't know how you secure it). The quad itself is nice and the college looks very nice with the lights. I went to a wedding here a few weeks after my own and even though these people were very wealthy, our setup at Shangrilla was a lot more tasteful and better done. So it's just a matter of getting decent people in to do it.

I think there is also Shangrilla Chinese which is indoors but I don't know the size of the hall.

Oh actually... the only place I really liked in Multan was the MGM and this would have been my choice. But I'm not sure what's going on with that now. They have either stopped doing functions or they are handled by Amir Rajput but it's not the same as it used to be otherwise we would have done it there.

It was pretty standard mahi. The tents they have aren't nice. But they have cute lights and lanterns (not fairy lights) draped overhead just come out nice in the photos. The stage is standard but you can choose the seats, the colour scheme for the drapes on the stage and flower arrangements. It just depends what you choose.

Oh, Ok. Is Ramada there comparable to Ramada in Karachi?

Pretty much. There might be other, smaller function halls if you don't have too many guests.

With outdoors you can still have heaters everywhere. The vertical umbrella kind you get in outside restaurants here. I got married in December and it was freeezing and super foggy that day. But I didn't feel cold at all as there so many heaters.. just on the way to the car after :/

Basically, I would check out Shah Jahan and Ramada if you want indoors. I'm not sure what else there is.

Shah Jahan have both indoors and out doors.

For shangrilla gardens I agree with STOPIT.They dont't have same standards any more, but Shangrilla Chinese they have just opened up there new location on BOSAN RD.You can check there.

There was a guy FARHAN,his office is on abdali rd,he is a wedding planner he did my mehndi and nikah function, and it was pretty decent.I don't know if he is still there.

For MGM now its RAJPUT CATERING,and they have improved a lot.Food is okay.

I had my nikkah in SHANGRILLA GARDENS.I will post pictures, arrangements were pretty nice,But now SHAH JAHAN is the best option so far in MULTAN.Food is really amazing, and decore is nice too.

Yes and for home functions I would say TAJ,his owner's name is SAEED,and trust me they do good job with decoration and with food as well.

But as of now For SHANGRILLA GARDENS I attended one function back in Sep 09,and every thing was pathetic service, decoration, and food.
