The Fund for Peace, an independent research organisation, in its annual exercise now in its fifth year has placed India at position 87. Using 12 indicators of state cohesion and performance, compiled through a close examination of more than 30,000 publicly available sources, the journal ranked 177 states in order from most to least at risk of failure.

India is ranked 87th, showing an improvement over the previous year but still has a long way to go to be a succesful state. Norway, Finland and Sweden top the list.

Ya surely India is not worth mentioning. India is a completely failed state. Indians are considered as terrorists the world over. India is a haven for terrorists. America repeatedly attacks parts of India without India's permission. India goes around with a begging bowl everywhere. There is no term called "Bangalored" being commonly used the world over.
Indian Software industry is in the doldrums. There is no concept of BRIC nations..

Just think buddy. Sometimes it helps

if you look in the dictionary for failed state you will only see india.

if you look in the dictionary for prosperous state you will see Pakistan along side Europe and North America.

Pakistan is actually the neighbor of a failed state and a failing state (India).

Pakistan cant be blamed for having to deal with the fall out of a nation that has long since failed.

I would like to see India do any bettr if it had to live next door to Afghanistan.

I did not talk about Pakistan in my post at all..

India is very fortunate to have a very successful country like Pakistan as its neighbour. I think India needs to learn from Pakistan to emulate its success story..

I actually agree with you. Pakistan economy has been witnessing a phenomenal growth since the last decade. The country is still holding its ground in the midst of the current global financial crisis which India can learn a thing or two from.

Exactly. I don't understand why Indians boast about their economic success. Its just not there.

I feel sorry for Indians, they need to look at the reality and see whatever their media says about the success of the Indian economy is really the success of the Pakistani economy.

Pakistan is an Asian tiger.

Ok Boss what next do you want.. The Nobel Prize for economics to the Pakistani economists. Too bad that they would have to come out of the cave to receive the prize.

Is that the reason why most your leaders live in caves.

I thought Pakistan was already a superpower in areas which is everybody's guess. Oh I did not realise that Pakistan was a nuclear weapon.

I think the topic is about India and not Pakistan .

hahaha.

You think you know about Pakistan; you really dont.

Pakistan is on par with South Korea in terms of technology and economics.

India is being compared to sub Sahara Africa.

^^

Maybe that is the reason why most of the Hi-Tech jobs are being sent to India and not to Pakistan.

well getting back on topic OP has given us sufficient evidence which proves India is a failed state.

Many will now point out that Pakistan is also a failed state, but if you look at which date was used to give Pakistan such a ranking one would without a doubt come to the conclusion that Pakistan's ranking is indeed incorrect.

So you still hang on to the information they have been "fedding " you ...... Time for you to step into the real world and know the facts ....

Here UN classification of countries .... Pakistan is a low income economy ... along with Sierra Leone, Rawanda and Somalia .....

India is classified as a Low middle income economies along with Iran, Indonesia ...

Data - Country Groups

Incidently in this report .... Pakistan has made it to number 10 in the "failed" state list .... and that is not something to be proud of
