Can't live without music. I am listening to music almost every hour of the day and these days it is almost exclusively stuff from these albums:
Dark room, dark mood
- Portishead's two albums Dummy and the self-titled one. So friggin strange and wonderful. Took me a long time to get into it because it is unlike anything I've ever heard but now I am addicted. Feels like living out a noir movie.
- Tricky's Maxinquaye
- Goldfrapp's Felt Mountain
- a song by Anja Garbarek (Her Room)
Euphoric moods
Goldfrapp's Black Cherry
Air's Moon Safari
Cocteau Twins
Dean Martin's Besame Mucho hahaha
Neutral moods, Anger, etc.
Emiliana Torrini
Foo Fighters
Nine Inch Nails
A Perfect Circle
Tool
Zero 7
Tori Amos
A few Lamb songs
Some Massive Attack
Aur kuch ginnay chunnay ganay
Old Indian stuff

Portishead and Goldfrapp are incredible by the way! For those wanting to get into that genre (acid jazz, electronic, noir, trip hop), check out the following songs:
Portishead:
Glory Box
All Mine
Wandering Star
Cowboys
Nobody Loves Me / Sour Times
Strangers
Numb
Mourning Air
Only You
Half Day Closing (listen to this first, it's more upbeat compared to the other songs)
Roads (or listen to this first, I personally don't like Half Day Closing)
Goldfrapp:
Black Cherry
Hairy Trees
Crystalline Green
Slippage
Tiptoe
Strict Machine
Goldfrapp (from Felt Mountain):
Felt Mountain
Horse Tears
Pilots
Deer Stop
Human
Lovely Head
Paper Bag
Turn off the lights. Do nothing else. Even more perfect is the place is smoky. Give the music a few listens before you decide you hate it.
So what about you guys? What are you into, according to your mood?

Mostly hip-hop..I guess you can say that surroudings does make you what to listen...though I like to listen/dance on Cuban, Mexican on music even though I don't understand a bit.
I've been listening Indian/Pakistan music lately...but my first preference always comes for Hip-Hop.
